Ketambe is a big area and a great starting point for multi-day jungle treks.Over the course of a 3-day trek,you’ll have the opportunity to explore the rich biodiversity of the region.Our experienced guides will introduce you to the fascinating wildlife,including orangutans,Thomas leaf monkeys,gibbons,macaques,lizards,siamangs,sun bears,tigers(if you’re lucky),hornbills,and various snake species.

• Trekking Price:850,000 IDR(54 USD)/day/person

• Solo Traveler Price:1,200,000 IDR(77 USD)/day

Transport Options:

Medan to Ketambe:

• Transport by private car with air conditioning

• Cost:1,200,000 IDR(85 USD)per car/8 hours

Included :

• Certified english guide
• Breakfast on the first day of trekking and dinner on the last day after exiting the jungle is not included.
• Overnight stays beside the river each night,moving to a new campsite every evening and continuing the exploration the next day.
• Swimming in the river and bathing in hot springs.
• Showering under a waterfall.
• One guide and one porter(only one guide will accompany you if you are a solo traveler).
• Camping gear provided(tent,mat)and included in the trekking tour price.
• Food during the trek:3 hot meals a day(rice,noodles,vegetables,eggs,fruits,pancakes,toast,bread,cookies)and drinks(lemon tea,coffee).

• National park permit(150,000 IDR/person for the entire trip).
